As Activities Director at Laurel-Concord Public School, I am responsible for the organization and coordination of all phases of the activities in accordance with the policies of the L-C Board of Education and NSAA.

Laurel-Concord provides a wide variety of activities and opportunities for all students. Activities and organizations are an important part of the educational program. These programs strive to provide for the needs of young people, giving each student additional opportunities to acquire and develop skills, attitudes, and appreciations according to his/her individual interests, needs, and abilities. Activities help students develop into responsible and efficient members of the community.

The Laurel-Concord/Coleridge Activity Booster Club provides support for our NSAA activities including: Speech, Drama, Music, and Athletics. This organization is a vital support system to our activity programs. Major projects have included: purchasing wrestling mats, protective wall mats (new gym), performance risers, lighting and sound equipment (old gym), assistance with building a new trophy case and Fitness Center, monetary commitment to the new Athletic Complex, and score table (new gym).
