Health & Wellness Meeting Notes

The Health & Wellness Committee hosted a 2006 Wellness Kick-Off in the Learning Center on Friday, August 18.  Highlights included a handout and explanation of the new Wellness Policy given by co-chairs Nate Sims and Pam Thies, as well as, a virtual smorgasbord of healthy snacks.  These snacks were provided by the Wellness Committee members, and recipes for these snacks were also available.  The following Wellness Committee members are Nate Sims, Pam Thies, Audrea Klaussen, Doris Troyer, Lisa Wolfgram, Susan Brandow, Marta Victor, JaNette Waterman.  Not pictured members are Michael Nesbit, Terri Haselhorst, Claudia Dvorak, Scott Petersen, Sharon VanCleave, Lyle VanCleave, and Amy Nicolas. The Wellness Committee along with their community members Marcy Twohig, Rich Brandow, and Barb Engebretsen will be planning future activities.
