  Expanded Curriculum Opportunities      
    Teachers trained in problem based/case based learning 2007 (Jean H. Kim M. Carol E. Joe Y). 2008 ( Amy H. Diane Baker) as well as teachers from the other three districts   Midwest Center for Information Technology's Working Connections Faculty Development Institute. ESU #1.  Teachers use problem based/case based strategies for classroom instruction .
    Offer On-Line classes to provide flexible scheduling Teachers who teach on-line classes 2006-2007 Angel training, Laptops, internet, hardware, incentive pay.  Better trained, develop and manage an on-line class.
    Increased opportunities for upper level classes and class offerings such as Ag, FCLA, Spanish, I.T. Science & Math and others   2002-2003 Teacher teaching distance classes, Distance Ed equipment.  Trained in Distance Education delivery.
  College Credit Access      
    Increase College credit class offerings Principal, Guidance Counselor, Teachers meeting requirements to teach College level courses 2003-2005 Angel training, Colleges.  Teacher furthering their degree to teach college level classes.
  Community and Parent Involvement      
    All staff involved in Innovation Labs. Entire staff, all schools 2006 Innovation Labs and Associates, school staff, school board members, parents, community members, and student assistants.  Awareness of wants, needs and issues in our school systems.
    Open House/PT Conference Advisor/advisees, parents, community members 2005 PowerSchool, advisors, classroom teachers.  Building relationships and connections between school, home and community.
    Homeroom Advisor/Advisee Students and teachers. 2003 PowerSchool, advisors, classroom teachers.  Building strong relationships between students and a caring adult in the school system.
    Online use of Powerschool Administration, all classroom teachers, students and parents 2004 Technology coordinator/PowerSchool administrator, classroom teachers, advisors/advisees, parents.  Teachers keep grades updated in PowerGrade so they can be accessed through PowerSchool by parents, students, advisors/advisees and all teachers.

  Technology Integration/Distance Education      
    Teachers trained on MIMIO /Angel Training Teachers 2006 Laptops, training staff, workshops.  Teachers able to implement the technology in their classroom and curriculum.
    Online use of Powerschool Technology coordinator/PowerSchool Administrator, Technology Trainers and staff 2004 PowerSchool training, NETA, LAN manager meetings, laptops and Internet.  Training of staff by technology trainers.
    Teachers involved in NETA conference. Administrators, attending teachers. 2004 Grant money, NETA Conference presenters.  Teachers implement technology projects into their curriculum.
    Expanded class offerings for exposure to more teachers. (started in 2000 with one distance classroom and have expanded to seven classrooms.) Administrators, distance education teachers. 2000 Distance education carts and technology, laptops, Internet connections.  Staff trained on how to use the distance education equipment and technology.
    Tech team trainers are responslble for overseeing the implementation of technology on their assigned team.. Tech team trainers 2004 Administration, technology coordinator, tech team trainers, trainers, all technology.  Teachers are trained in various technologies needed for their regular and distance education classrooms.
    Allowing teachers to increase training in distance education.(NDLA) Administrators, attending teachers. 2007 Administration, grant money, participating teachers.  Teachers implement distance learning strategies in their classes.
